FIELD: traumatology. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of passing three pins through a proximal fragment of the femur for transosseal osteosynthesis in such a way, that one pin is being oriented in the under trochanter zone from backwards to the front. from outwards to the inside with outlet through the small trochanter, the second pin is being placed lower, than the first one by 2-3 cm in a sagittal plane, the third pin is being placed higher, than the fracture zone by 3-4 cm in a frontal plane; then passing three pins to a distal fragment in intramuscular spaces through both cortical layers of the bone with a crossing angle between the pins, equal to 70-80 degrees. EFFECT: enhanced reposition possibilities of the method, increased volume of knee joint motion due to elimination of fixation of muscles and tendons by pins. 1 cl
