Reposition should be carried out. It is necessary to introduce a compressing rod into proximal fragment out of subtrochanterian area through fracture line corresponding to cervico-diaphyseal angle. One should introduce parallel a stabilizing rod with supporting area without drilling any channel. Compression is conducted that should be repeated discretely in time.
