FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: basic rods are introduced into distal fragment between extensors' cases - level 5,6, position 8,9 indicated according to "Esperanto" system for applying perosseous elements at osteosynthesis with the help of Ilizarov's apparatus - at shin's bending at an angle of 90 deg. Reposition should be carried out. It is necessary to introduce a compressing rod into proximal fragment out of subtrochanterian area through fracture line corresponding to cervico-diaphyseal angle. One should introduce parallel a stabilizing rod with supporting area without drilling any channel. Compression is conducted that should be repeated discretely in time. The present method enables to increase fixation rigidity at keeping function of support and movement in large joints. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 1 dwg, 1 ex
