FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in carrying out limited number (two maximum) hemosplenoperfusions in early burn toxemia period at intervals of 2 to 4 days, intravenously administering about 400 to 850 ml of donor human immunoglobulin according to patient's body mass and age in order to maintain immunostimulating effect for long period of time and diminish risk of immunologic conflict that is likely to occur at multiple joinups owing to increase of heteroantibody titre. EFFECT: cure revealed improvement of general physical and immunobiological condition of eleven severely burnt patients. 4 tbl
