FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining T-lymphocytes in peripheral blood and their functional activity level in active T- rosette-formation test with Levamisole in vitro with shift index being calculated next to it. The value being found equal to or greater than 1.13, T-lymphocytes activity is diagnosed and immunodepressant therapy is administered. The value being equal to or less than 0.9, no activity is to be diagnosed. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis; enhanced effectiveness in determining immunodepressant therapy indications.
