GLUEING COMPOSITION Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: glueing materials. SUBSTANCE: glueing composition has, mas. p.: epoxide diane resin 20-80; product of interaction of acrylic acid with caprolactam or its mixture with dodecalactam at mass ratio 3:1 prepared in the presence of azo-bis-isobutyric acid dinitrile 26.7-106.7; aliphatic or aromatic amines 2-8. Composition is applied on the defatted (by firing) metallic surface of plates with thin layer, and rolled polyethylene coating is applied. Glue properties: holding power at exfoliation at 20 ± 2^°C is 18 kgf/cm, water resistance coefficient is 0.97; chemical resistance coefficient in 5% NaCl solution is 0.99, in 3% H₂SO₄ solution is 0.98, in 3% NaOH solution is 0.99.
