FIELD: building industry, in particular polymer adhesive compositions curable in salt and sweet water.

SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains: reaction product of dianic (I) and aliphatic (II) epoxy resins with isocyanate-containing compound (III) in ratio of (I):(II):(III) from 100:20:5 to 100:80:50 as an epoxy resin; rubber, having silicium- or isocyanate-containing functional groups, as a rubber; oxygen-containing compound selected from glycols, polyols, and/or ethers and esters, as plasticizer; mineral filler; and as amine curing agent contains mixture of aliphatic and/or aromatic amines or derivatives thereof in ratio from 10:90 to 60:40, modified with above mentioned plasticizer in presence of salicylic acid in ratio from 100:25:2 to 100:80:8. Composition of present invention is useful for bonding and repair of fiber-glass plastic and metal marine constructions, repair of oil and gas pipeline, etc.

EFFECT: composition with high adhesive strength in water medium.
