FIELD: wind-electric power engineering. SUBSTANCE: wind-electric unit intake working element is built up of one or more aerodynamic surfaces 1. Surfaces 1 is secured by means of horizontal joint 2 and struts to vertical support 3 having two stops 4 and 5 on top. Bottom part of support 3 is mounted by means of telescopic joint turning bush 6 and linked through spherical joint 7 with rod of hydraulic piston pump 9. Bush 6 is installed in top part of tower 10 on radial thrust bearings 11. Bracket 12 provided on external side of bush 6 supports control rod 14 with adjustable retainers 15, 16 secured by means of joint 13 with two axes of revolution. Upper end of control rod 14 is hinged to surface 1; this joint is located in front of, and joint of vertical support 3, behind center of pressure of surface 1. EFFECT: improved design. 3 dwg
