FIELD: automatics. SUBSTANCE: device has parameters detector 1, setting device 2, three-position comparison circuit 3, two indicators 4 and 5, two NOT gates 6, 7, OR-NOT gate 8, insensitivity zone two set-point devices 9 and 10, switch 11, circuit 12 for measuring module of difference of two signals, pulse former 13, control signal former 14, univibrator 15, six AND gates 16-21, two OR gates 22,23, two amplifiers 24, 25, actuating mechanism 26. When the parameter goes out of top or lower boundary of large zone, pulse former 13 generates single control pulse which has duration to be proportional to mismatch signal. Simultaneously the large zone changes to small one. Control signal former 14 generates control signals as well which are proportional to mismatch signal. Availability of control pulse and two control signals permits to regulate at higher speed until the parameter goes into small zone. After that back change to large zone occurs.
