FIELD: signal processing and transmitting facilities. SUBSTANCE: interpolator has two switches, register unit, adder unit, stack storage unit, and control unit. Register and adder unit implement concurrent interpolation of linear section given by finite values. Control unit, stack storage unit, and switches afford data interpolation on arbitrary-length section (which is a multiple of power of two) and, if necessary, calculated auxiliary reference values of process. Interpolator does not required additional data on source signal except for sequential finite values of interpolation interval and parameter indicating quantity of desired interpolated values within interval.
