FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: follow analog-to-digital converter has pulse generator, flip-flop, NOT-OR gate, differential operational amplifier, unit for control over reversing of counting, reversible counter, digital-to-analog converter, null detector, two button switches, three keys, unit of diodes, rectifier, amplifier-limiter, differential network, filter, two resistors, counter of time intervals, four controlling flip-flops, three delay elements, two groups of NOT-AND gates, three groups of NOT-OR gates, ten NOT-AND gates, six NOT-OR gates, inverter, safety device, switch, digit-controlled resistor, two resistors, differential amplifiers of difference, sign-sensitive switch and seven code converters. This converter enable both relaxation and continuous follow modes of equelibration of analog signals to be conducted. In this case there appears possibility of adaptation of conversion process to properties of converted signal, converted signal having wide dynamic range. It is supposed that there also exists capability of automatic internal control and of control over conversion process from external devices. EFFECT: expanded operational capabilities. 1 dwg
