FIELD: measurement of fuel reserve and fuel consumption by power plants of objects. SUBSTANCE: known fuel measuring system is additionally inserted with meter of mass density of fuel and microprocessor provided with permanent and on-line storages, controller, converters of continuous information to binary code and of binary code to binary-decimal or decimal codes, indicators - interfaces of input/output necessary for communication with external devices. Meter of mass density of fuel in tanks is built on bridge measurement circuit. First arm of it includes capacitive transducer of volume of fuel column in tank, second arm has transducer of mass of liquid column in tank and capacitive feedback transducers with static characteristics linear by angle of turn of rotor as in third arm. Rotors of transducers are rigidly anchored on output shaft of servo system balancing measurement bridge. Fourth arm of bridge incorporates capacitor of constant capacitance and bridge measuring mass of fuel in tanks fitted with second servo system balancing bridge. Its first and second arms includes line capacitors which rotors are rigidly put on output shaft of reduction gear of first servo system balancing bridge of mass density of fuel. Capacitive transducer with static characteristic linear by angle of turn which rotor is rigidly anchored on output shaft of reduction gear of second servo system balancing bridge of measurement of mass of fuel in tanks. Third arm has capacitive transducer measuring volume of fuel in tanks and trimmer capacitor of variable capacitance placed in parallel, fourth arm includes capacitor of constant capacitance. By program of microprocessor or by command of operator changing over operational modes of system transducer measuring mass of fuel in different tanks are switched on. Results of measurements are converted to binary code and entered into on-line storage of microprocessor which determines total reserve of fuel, statistical evaluation of consumption of fuel in tank and by corresponding power plants. Results of information processing in microcomputer are displayed on digital indicator. EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability and stability of fuel measuring device. 5 dwg, 1 tbl
