SUBSTANCE: method of adjustment of the volume level is characterized by the use of a DAC comprising n-digit register, an additional n-digit register, the register inputs are connected to the corresponding outputs of the control unit, and the register outputs are connected to the n-digit resistor R-2R matrices; the source parallel digital code is supplied to the unit of variable resistors so that one pair of outputs of the resistor R-2R matrices through the resistors is connected to ground, the other pair of the outputs of the matrices is connected to the transformer, each bit corresponds to its resistor, and the resistors are controlled by software and synchronously by command of the external control device; the sound signal level is altered by changing the level of the reference voltage (logic "1") and the code altered in the level is sent to the repeater, made on operational amplifiers, and each bit is assigned to its respective operational amplifier.

EFFECT: provision of improved performance and accuracy of conversion.
