SUBSTANCE: device for grinding has a housing, a loading and unloading systems, a working organ and a drive and is equipped with the systems of supply and tapping of the working agent and with driving reversible drums. The working organ is made in the shape of a hose, one end of which is fastened along the housing perimeter and the other one is reeved on the drum mounted from one side of the housing and bands, one end of which is fastened on the hose and the other one on the corresponding drums mounted from the other side of the housing.
