FIELD: crushing materials. SUBSTANCE: device has casing 1 with flexible crushing members mounted inside, source material supply system 10 and crushed material discharge system 11 and gear. Device also has working agent supply system 12 and working agent discharge system 13 connected with casing, having nozzles 2,3,4 connected in series and driving reversible drum 5 mounted inside. Crushing members are made in the form of coaxial sleeves 6,7,8, one end of each of them is coiled on the driving reversible drum and the other being fixed on the related nozzle forming cavities 9 connected with supply and discharge systems.
