Shaft is placed in axial groove 5 of fork. Fork is mounted with capability to turn relatively to the butt part and to be engaged with shoulders 8 on body 6 by outer surface 9. Besides, looking from cutting tool location side, fork is made in the form of wedge with cutting edges 16 on wedge surface 10.
