PLANT FOR THE HEAT TREATMENT OF TUBES Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: plant for the heat treatment of tubes consists of roll supports 2 for the tube longitudinal displacement, face pusher 3 with a drive, working tool 4, bearing members 5 in the form of rollers whose axis of rotation 6 is parallel to that of the tube transportation, a drive for hoisting the rollers into the working position and means of the tube rotation, with all this being placed on foundation 1. The drive for hoisting bearing members 5 has crankshaft 7 on whose neck roller 9, hydraulic cylinder 11 with connecting rod 12 and pivot 13 on rod of piston 10 of the hydraulic cylinder are mounted. The pivot is set on neck 8 of crankshaft 7. Roller 9 having a bearing platform acts on turning lever 14 mounted on the axle of roll supports 2 and hoisting bearing members 5 into the working position. Traction 19 connects connecting rod 12 with the similar ones of each subsequent drive. The tube is fed by pusher 3 till its contact with thrust assembly 18. After that bearing members 5 are hoisted, drive 17 is switched on and the tube is given simultaneously the forward and rotational motions by means of rotating roller 16. The plant is used for thermal cutting of tubes. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture. 3 dwg
