FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: arrester has frame and double-arm lever articulated on it. Double-arm lever is provided with counter-weight and cargo run retainer. Double-arm lever rotation drive is made in form of overrunning clutch fitted in center roller of roller support of conveyer cargo carrying run. Retainer of return run is made in form of swivel valve provided with shoe and is linked with retainer of cargo run. Arrester is provided with signal roller fitted on swivel lever above return run. Bearing platform is secured on frame under return run retainer. Valve of return line retainer is linked with double-arm lever by means of spring-loaded latch and connecting rod with pusher. Lever of signal roller is connected with spring-loaded latch by means of flexible coupling. Valve of return run retainer may be provided with spring-loaded stop.
