SUBSTANCE: glass has the following composition, wt. -% : aluminium oxide (Al₂O₃) 12-30; barium oxide (BaO) 7-27.5; tin oxide (SnO₂) 0.5-25; boron oxide (B₂O₃) 1-9; cobalt oxide (CoO) 0.0001-0.0003; nickel oxide (NiO) 0.001-0.003; neodymium oxide (Nd₂O₃) 0.003-0.03; erbium oxide (Er₂O₃) 0.0004-0.007, and silicon oxide (SiO₂) - the rest. Content of BaO + SnO₂ is above 20%. X-ray contrast of glass at is 340-370, transparence is 80-90%. EFFECT: enhanced quality of glass. 1 tbl
