FIELD: drilling equipment. SUBSTANCE: drilling tool for drilling inclined and directional wells has bell-crank hinged in axisymmetric body and interacting with deflecting tool by means of ball joint; drives for changing azimuth and zenith angles of inclination of drill tool and has turning sleeve installed in body along its axis with drives accommodated in it, and lever connected with sleeve by means of rocking axle. Drive of azimuth angle of inclination is kinematically connected with body. Deflecting tool is made in form of bushing secured to drive shaft of drive of zenith angle of inclination. Eccentrically installed relative to said drive is ball joint. Interacting surfaces of ball joint and shank of bell-crank are made in form of recess and two planes parallel to rocking axle of bell crank. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
