SUBSTANCE: super flywheel has disk with at least three radial equidistant slots, rim embracing the disk and provided with radial passages coaxial to radial slots which receive compensators with rods linking them together. To enhance reliability, each rod is made in form of pair of ropes; one end of each rope is secured on one compensator and other end is secured on adjacent compensator.
