SUBSTANCE: device has half-axle of drive axle, brake drum, drive wheel, free-wheel clutch of unidirectional action with internal sprocket and mechanism of clutch interlocking. Internal casing of clutch is made fast to half-axle of drive axle and external one - to brake drum and drive wheel. Mechanism of clutch interlocking has gear-wheel made in internal casing of clutch, one-way toothed gear ring made fast to internal surface of external casing of clutch, two-way toothed gear ring put uniaxially to clutch for engagement with gear-wheel and one-way toothed gear ring and fork kinematically coupled with one end to two-way toothed gear ring and with the other end connected pull to rod mounted for movement in parallel to axis of clutch.
