The device is characterized by the use of n/m (m<n, n ≥ 12, m ≥ 2) adders, n/m output units, switching unit and addressing unit, each output unit having first and second AND gates, first and second registers and logic unit. The device provides simulating formally-logic, gradual, dynamic adaptive and non-adaptive models of neurons, spatial adder, computer of scalar production and digital integrators.
