FIELD: deactivation of infected articles. SUBSTANCE: metal articles are treated by aqueous solution of fluorine-boron acid and by oxidizer aqueous solution as well. Moreover, oxidizer aqueous solution is used before treatment of acid or simultaneously. Aqueous composition for deactivating metal articles has fluorine-boron acid and oxidizer with the following relation of components, mole/1: fluorine-boron acid - 0.05-50, oxidizer 0.003-7, and water - the rest. EFFECT: improved quality, improved efficiency. 2 cl, 11 cl, 1 tbl
