FIELD: laser engineering. SUBSTANCE: one mirror module of optical cavity has exit convex mirror, blind concave mirror with spherical surfaces, and two flat mirrors; other module has two flat mirrors; bottom frame is mounted on base and on one end rigidly fixed in position while on other end it is mounted for displacement. Base is mounted on adjustable supports; jumpers are isolated by means of bellows from chamber walls and adjusting unit of each mirror has case with spherical cavity in center whose hole receives spherical boss of insert on which mirror is fixed at three points.
