FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: at the first stage one third of 28-42 wt % sunflower oil is treated with a mixture comprising 3.5-5.5 wt % monoethanol amine and 3.5-5.5 wt % diethanol amine at 70-90 C. At the second stage another one third of sunflower oil is treated with 11-15 wt % triethanol amine at 70-90 C followed by addition of cyclohexanol and a product for treating tallow oil with triethanol amine. The products obtained at the first and second stages are cooled and mixed with the remaining amount of sunflower and tris-p-nonylphenyl phosphite and water. EFFECT: improved properties of the cooling lubricating liquid. 3 cl, 1 tbl
