FIELD: cold processing of metals. SUBSTANCE: proposed liquid contains product of treatment of cotton-seed oil by special mixture, quantity of said product being 18-21 mass %. Mentioned above mixture contains: monoethanol amine 6-7 mass %, triethanolamine 2-3 mass %, cottonseed oil 7-10 %, ethylene glycol 15-19 %, product of treatment of acids of tallow oil by triethanolamine 21-28 %, tris-p-nonyl-phenylphosphite 0.05-0.1 %, monoalkyl phenols on the base of propylene trimers 11-18 %, mixture of polyoxyethylene glycol esters of oleic acid 5-7 %, oleic acid 0.9-1.95 % and water the rest.
