Electrodes of each sign are divided with separator which edges are squeezed between casing of one ring and insert of adjacent one. Additional separator is located inside insert. One butt of casing has annular groove where ring protrusion of adjacent casing enters. Joints of casings are covered with common sheet. Radial grooves are made in butts of casing and insert.
