FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device to evaluate parameters of electric motors has meters of current, its derivative and rotational speed of output shaft, adder, first and second groups of multipliers, group of scaling units, group of integrators which inputs are linked through scaling units to outputs of second group of multipliers. Former of error signal is placed between input controlling signal of electric motor and output signal of adder which output is coupled to second inputs of second group of multipliers which first inputs are linked to outputs of meters of current, its derivative and rotational speed of output shaft of electric motor correspondingly. Outputs of integrators are connected to second inputs of first group of multipliers which first inputs are coupled to outputs of above-mentioned meters and which outputs are linked to proper inputs of adder. Total number of inputs of adder is equal to number of evaluated parameters. Given device forms minimized functional in the form of the square of difference of input controlling voltage and output signal of mathematical model of electric motor at present moment of time.
