FIELD: optical electronics. SUBSTANCE: device includes multielement photodetector 1, unit 2 of preliminary processing of signal, adder 3, controlled amplifier 4 (gain factor is controlled), first 5, second 6 and third 7 on-line storages, first 8 and second 9 reversible counters having third high-impedance state across outputs, first 10 and second 11 digital-to-analog converters, source 12 of reference voltage, first 13 and second 14 comparators, synchrogenerator 15, address counter 16, threshold unit 17, retrieval and storage unit 18, zero wire 19. Per each element of photodetector 1 there is one storage cell in unit 5 for storage of code of compensation of signal drift, one storage cell in unit 6 for storage of sensitivity correction code and one storage cell in unit 7 for storage of information (cell is defective or operational). Information kept in units 5-7 is updated each time under condition of formation of code of compensation of signal drift and under condition of formation of sensitivity correction code. This information is used under correction condition during which working information videosignal is formed. Efficiency of compensation of spread of parameters of photosensitive cells is enhanced due to artificial reconstruction of signals of defective element.
