FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method lies in influencing the skin of the face and neck along the massage lines and the biologically active points. The massage is exercised by the specially designed massage sticks made of the material having the characteristics of triboelectrete and by the constant electric current. The succession of carrying out of these kinds of influence depends on the state of the processed skin. The electric influence is fulfilled by means of constant travelling along the processed surface of the special electrodes chosen depending on the skin structure. After that the processed surface of the skin is irradiated by the ultra-violet rays of low power for the period of not more than one minute. The fixing cosmetic massage of the face and neck made by hand concludes this procedure. The method is realized with the aid of two devices one of which is designed for influencing all the skin surface including the biologically active points by means of electric current. The other device allows to massage with touching movements with the simultaneous influence with the electric charge formed on the massage sticks during the friction against the patient's skin and as a result of touching with the doctor's hands.
