FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method for treatment of radicular syndrome includes preliminary treatment with direct current by means of point electrode when moving it over the entire length of vertebral column or breast bone, in paravertebral or in parasternal regions symmetrically on both sides and in zones of pain irradiation. Then, above-mentioned zones and biologically active points located in them are stimulated by point massage with the use of special rods of definite color selected in compliance with the stage of illness. Procedure is completed by common manual massage of affected region and pain irradiation zones. In so doing, in cases of continuous chronic illnesses, after completion of point massage by rods, additional heating is undertaken of biologically active points with wormwood cigarettes and after manual massage, the entire affected region is irradiated in preeryrhema doses for not above one minute. Rods are cigar-shaped and made of triboelectret, e. g., ebonite or acrylic plastic, noncolored or colored with main colors carrying energy information.
