FIELD: pipelines exploitation. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has device to apply adhesive layer, pair of mounted in pipeline flexible tores 4, embraced by bands 5. Apparatus also has mechanism to break bands. Mechanism is made in the form of support 8, pin 7, spring 9 and key 10 with pressure regulator 11 or in the form of knives 13, explosive charge 14 and pressure regulator 15. During two additional flexible tores 4 passing through section of pipeline with a flaw pressure between them decreases, bands breaking mechanism is activated and additional flexible tores 4 exercise the flaw hermetic sealing by rolling bands 5 on inner surface of pipeline. EFFECT: apparatus to apply coating on inner side of pipeline is used during pipelines repairs. 3 cl, 3 dwg
