FIELD: applying coatings on the inner surface of the tubes. SUBSTANCE: system 1 is provided for supplying a working agent. Elastic tores 2 are movably positioned in the tube in axially spaced relation to each other to define a hollow for receiving an adhesive. Within the hollow means 3 is mounted for trimming the surface being coated and turbulization of adhesive. Means 3 has the form of a collar. The collar is mounted on hub 5 and comprised of spring petals 6 arranged in a staggered manner on the circumference of the collar to define wedge-like slits. Aligning flexible rods are attached to hub 5. Depending on motion speed differential of tores adhesive extends through the slits in a high speed pressure flow adjacent the surface to be coated and contacts with it.
