FIELD: oil refining industry. SUBSTANCE: bitumen-making plant comprises a horizontal casing with pipes for delivery of feedstock and discharge of end product, a heater and a bubbler for delivery of oxidant, also a pump for circulation of fluid. Casing is of a cylindrical shape with at least four vertical partitions, each made in the form of a surface disposed between two parallel chords drawn in the transverse section of plant on either side of its axis and dividing the casing into sections. Bubblers are accommodated in even sections while the odd sections are connected by pipe with circulating pump. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg, 2 tbl
