FIELD: tire industry and automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at recycling of worn-out automobile tires simultaneously with waste oils of oil processing products. Proposed device contains extractor made in form of cylindrical housing with branch pipes to let initial liquid product and let out ready product. Device is provided with waste charger and residue discharge and heater of liquid oil processing products. Extractor is hermetically divided in height into three sections by partitions. Heater of liquid oil processing products is made in form of tubular heat exchanger arranged in idle section of extractor. Extractor pipes are connected with holes in partitions, being made to two concentric circumferences. Heating source of oil processing liquid products is located in lower section.
