FIELD: locking devices. SUBSTANCE: locking device has combination lock with setting-up handle installed on axle, interlocking device of cross-bar system and drive of cross-bar system which allows putting into motion of cross-bar system when combination is properly set-up by turning setting-up handle. Cross-bar system has turning handle installed coaxially with setting-up handle for moving cross-bar system by turning handle when combination is properly set-up without loading axle and precision members of combination lock. Turning handle in locked position is immovable or turns idly depending on design of cross-bar system interlocking. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
