FIELD: locking devices. SUBSTANCE: locking device has lock, means for interlocking of cross-bar system and drive of cross-bar system which allows setting in motion of cross-bar system by torque with open lock. Lock is radially installed on drive of cross-bar system having turning handle coaxially installed relative to key for opening the lock. Turning handle sets in motion the cross-bar system with lock opened without loading its precision members. In lock closed position, the handle is motionless or turns idly depending on design of cross-bar system interlocking device. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
