FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: magnetic unit comprises a body with a cavity and a seat under a punch card key, a movable spring-loaded separator with movable magnetic elements and a stop to control the end surface of the punch card key, comprising punch frames, which are rigidly fixed in the magnetic unit body on top and bottom of the separator with holes and longitudinal slots for magnetic elements, a shell with permanent magnets, identical magnetic poles installed as coaxially movable and directed to each other, arranged under the separator, displacement of which is controlled by a blocking unit. The separator is enclosed into a cavity with longitudinally arranged slots on the top and bottom for a detachable punch card, locking on the top, and a detachable punch card of wrong code blocking, locking on the bottom. Punch cards have holes and longitudinal slots. In separator holes there are code/non-code switching movable magnetic elements, enclosed into safety bushes, which rest against the upper cover above the separator so that code elements block holes of the locking punch card. At the end part of the magnetic block body there is a detachable cover, where replaceable punch cards rest against it. The separator is rigidly connected with the spring-loaded movable shell, has side ledges with straps to control drives of actuating mechanisms. Permanent magnets of the shell are connected with opposite poles to the coaxially movable switching magnetic elements of the separator. The shell is equipped with a lever spring-loaded rotary stop for displacement by a key with a function of locking the limit torque of applied force in case of overload from dialling the wrong code by the punch card key and is equipped with spring-loaded levers with wedge-like endings for interaction with spring-loaded wedge-like levers with stops fixed on the lower cover of the shell. Stops serve for fixation of the extreme position of the punch card key placed into the through slot.
EFFECT: improved reliability of the magnetic unit and expansion of its functional capabilities.
