FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: hollow housing is coupled with a connecting pipe. A valving member with spacer and distance members is interposed between valving members and stop surface inside the housing. A flywheel is fixed to a rod. The stop surface is mounted inside the housing. The flywheel is threadedly connected to the housing. The conical part is provided on the connecting rod under the distance members. The conical part points to the connecting pipe by its lesser base and defines a ring chamber which is narrowed down to the direction of its outer diameter.
