FIELD: gas, oil, chemical and coal industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipe valves and fittings and it can be used to control and shut off working media with solid inclusions transported along pipelines in technological systems. Proposed fate valve includes drive mechanism with handle, housing with outer flanges with inlet holes and with inner flanges in blind holes of which central axle is fitted, gate rotating on central axle and provided with channel which is not aligned with central axle, seals, shutoff disks, seats and ring. Inlet holes pf outer flanges are connected by three eccentric channels whose inlet holes are uniformly spaced along end faces of inlet holes of outer flanges around longitudinal axis of housing. Central axle for rotation of gate is provided with longitudinal slot, with longitudinal grooves of different depth and width made along entire length of slot. Gate is made in form of solid unit consisting of rim with gear ring and radial holes; bushings with inner heavy-duty thread of different direction arranged symmetrically form both sides of rim and locked from turning; shutoff disks turned into bushings and pointed to each other by surfaces of end faces with coinciding keyways and provided with coinciding radial stepped grooves made in each keyway forming holes for locks. Shutoff disks have outer heavy-duty thread of different direction whose parameters conform to parameters of inner thread of bushings. Gate valve assembly has through hole coaxial with central axle and channels not aligned with central axle which connect eccentric channels whose inlet holes are locked from end faces of inlet holes of outer flanges to inlet holes of inner flanges. Elastic elements are installed under seats, and gaskets made of elastic material are placed between inner flange and gate. Drive consists, for instance, of worm arranged on shaft. Proposed invention provides insignificant torque on handle when changing over from "open" to "closed" position, creating sufficient specific pressure on sealing surfaces of seats with gate valve in "closed" position irrespective of their state in service.
EFFECT: improved reliability in operation.
