FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: flexible insert is arranged inside a housing. A clamping member, which encloses the insert, is constructed as two spiral one- turn springs arranged parallel to each other in planes which are symmetry to the cross-section of the gate. Pinched ends of the springs are positioned inside the housing. The free ends of the springs are connected with a locking lever. The springs are interconnected through a loop received in the ring recess of the driving shaft. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 4 dwg
