FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: valve contains housing with seat, closure member made of pivotable disk with a drive, gland, elasticdeformation member, adjusting member located in a groove, and passage. The later interconnects the groove and external surface of the sealed member. The adjusting member is made from flexible material and its size can be increased within the limits of the groove. The pressure member is mounted in the passage from the outer side of the sealed member to maintain permanent positive pressure in the groove. The sealing member, the adjusting and pressure members are placed and/or in the housing and/or in the closure member, and/or in the gland. EFFECT: enhanced sealing of the valve, longer service life, enhanced maintainability. 3 cl, 2 dwg
