FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: perforated shell 3 is installed in furnace 1 with clearance relative to walls of furnace. With coal being burned in furnace, water in jacket 2 of furnace 1 is heated. Flue gases pass into cleaning chamber 10 through pipe 5 with water jacket 6. Flow of gases passes along curved channel formed by partitions 12 fastened alternately on opposite sides of chamber 10. Part of gas flow passes through holes of partitions 12 in lower part of chamber 10 and it is evacuated by means of pipe 13 and directed into branch pipe 11. Ash from gas flow settles in lower part of chamber 10 wherefrom it is removed. Furnace 1 has bypass pipe 7 with control member 8 and metal ribs 9. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 1 dwg
