FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: thermogas chemical plant for solid domestic wastes recycling comprises a horizontally aligned combustion chamber with a window for fuel charging, in the lower part of which on a tray there are fire bars arranged in the form of a row of perforated pipes, inlets of which are connected to a suction fan, a coupled vertically aligned chamber of thermogas chemical reactions, equipped with at least one unit of waste gas flow turbulisation arranged with the possibility to additionally oxidise waste gas, at the same time cavities of the combustion chamber and chamber of thermogas chemical reactions are communicating, and a channel of the secondary air supply equipped with control gates, arranged horizontally along the combustion chamber length under the tray and vertically along the length of the back wall in the chamber of thermogas chemical reactions.
EFFECT: fast and high-quality burning of wastes as a result of design solution of the combustion chamber, proper additional oxidation of smoke fumes produced as a result of thermal treatment of wastes, reduction of hazardous substances emission into atmosphere.
