FIELD: radiolocation. SUBSTANCE: in compliance with method measurements are taken with two day positions of the Sun having identical elevation and azimuth angle in system of coordinates coupled to radar carrier. Measurement moments t1 and t2 are selected equidistant from moment t2 of culmination of the Sun. Total errors of measurement of coordinates of the Sun are determined for each i-th measurement as difference of measured values and calculated coordinates of geometrical center of the Sun at moment t1. Displacement of radio center of the Sun relative to its geometrical center is found for each i-th measurement. Magnitudes of angular errors are determined by subtraction of displacement of radio center of the Sun from total error. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity of adjustment. 4 dwg
