FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has chamber, where nuts are slightly pierced. This chamber is connected with useful product separating chamber. Apparatus is characterized in that useful product separating chamber is filled with liquid medium and is provided with ultrasonic oscillation generator. Nut piercing chamber may be filled with liquid medium and may be formed elliptical. This chamber may be divided into two parts by resilient membrane. Discharge electrodes are disposed in one part of this chamber. Electrodes are connected with pulsed-type voltage source. Raw material feeding pipe is disposed in second part of this chamber.
