FIELD: electrical equipment of diesel locomotives. SUBSTANCE: device has storage battery and DC generator connected by charging circuit with first isolation rectifier. Compressor electric motor is connected in parallel with DC generator through second isolation rectifier. Device has also generator field current regulator, contactor, auxiliary relay, pressure relay, fuses, time relay, switch and voltage relay. If two compressors are used, device is furnished with third isolation rectifier which, as the second rectifier, is of thyristor type.
