FIELD: hydraulics. SUBSTANCE: driving double-arm lever with a handle is mounted for permitting rolling about the axle secured to the housing. The rocking unit has piston which is provided with rod and plunger connected to the double-arm lever and positioned inside the housing to define two working chambers. The chambers are connected in parallel to corresponding pipe lines through suction and delivery valves. The compression spring is mounted inside the cylindric chamber coaxially to the spring made in the piston. The piston is connected to the connecting rod for permitting axial movement through the spring. The plunger and rod are coupled with opposite arms of the lever. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
