FIELD: cutting tools, cargo hoisting gears, designing manual cutting devices and hydraulically-operated jacks. SUBSTANCE: proposed tool includes the following components which are rigidly interconnected: reservoir for working fluid, hydraulic distributor, hydraulic cylinder, hand hydraulic pump and working member kinematically linked with hydraulic cylinder rod. Tool is provided with handle for holding it. This handle and pump lever are mounted for rotation around axis perpendicular to axis of hydraulic cylinder. Tool handle is located in plane of swinging of lever handle. EFFECT: enhanced safety in using the tool; ease in operation; extended capabilities of tool. 2 dwg
