FIELD: cutting, lifting and moving of loads. SUBSTANCE: tool has reservoir for working medium, hydraulic pump with manual drive in the form of lever with handle secured to axle, hydraulic control valve, hydraulic cylinder, as well as working member. Hydraulic pump is positioned on side surface of hydraulic cylinder. Working member and lever with handle are positioned on both sides relative to lever axle. Tool is provided with two handles designed for its holding. One of handles is located on working member side. The second handle for holding the tool is positioned in swinging plane of hydraulic pump handle to enhance convenience in operation, to reduce hazard of tool turning over and to diminish muscular efforts of operator.
